Mail fra skola:

At 10:40am our department was notified of a suspicious package left in the roadway of the NJ Transit North Parking Lot on Clove Road. Due to the nature of the circumstances we initiated our Emergency Procedures for this type of incident. This involved the closing of all vehicular traffic on Clove Road, suspension of transfers from the Montclair State Train Station, and all pedestrians to be moved from the area. The Passaic County Sheriff's Department Bomb Squad responded to the scene. The suspicious package was identified as a suitcase and was rendered safe through the use of a controlled water charge. This charge was loud enough to be heard throughout the campus. The contents of the suitcase were examined and it was determined that it contained no explosives or hazardous materials.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this operation.
